Pancreatic findings of cystic fibrosis include pancreatic lipomatosis, pancreatic cystosis, pancreatic atrophy, and pancreatitis (both acute and chronic). Other abdominal findings of cystic fibrosis include cystic fibrosis liver disease (including a nodular pattern of the liver and hepatic steatosis), cholelithiasis, micro gallbladder, and intestinal obstruction.
