Water Prevents dehydration. Water is quite effective in ensuring our skins are moist and all organs as well. Water prevents constipation. Together with fibre and other substances like magnesium, water prevents us from having a hard stool which can be very unhealthy to our tummies and our bodies. Also this hard stool can be very difficult to be excreted and can result to accumulation of lots of digestive waste in our bodies and this can prove to be very dangerous.
Water is a component of blood. Water is combined with other substances like the platelets, plasma, red and white blood cells to compose blood which is a very important substance in our bodies. Inadequacy of water can result to inadequacy or lack of enough blood in our systems which can be very fatal.
Water helps in regulation of our body temperatures. Wateraids in cooling our bodies. When we drink enough water,definitely our bodies will sweat. When we lose water through our pores, our pores open and air get in through them.Therefore, during this process, our bodies are definitelycooling and it’s a good feeling.
Water aids in removal of wastes from our bodies. Duringsweating, it is not only water that comes out from our bodies though the pores. Also, waste like excess salts dissolve in water and if you can taste a little of your sweat you can feel it’s salty. Hence, the salt is ejected out of our bodies. Also, during urination, water is dissolved with waste like urea and we remove them from our bodies.
Water eases physical activities and performance. When athletes are running, its evident heat they always carry along a bottle of water. Also, when you are engaging in a physical activity, you surely feel that need of water. This is because, you losewater and some parts of body like the joins are wearing out. So when you drink water, its combined with other substances like mucus or other fluids that aids in greasing your body and reduces the friction in your joints and the spine.
Water aids in losing weight. When you drink a lot of water,you probably feel that your stomach is full and definitely don’t feel the urge to eat. This is good because even if the water is excess in your body, the body will find a way to lose it easily but excessive food can be very hard to loose. This reduces the amount of food you take in a day, and definitely works magic to your weight.
